Cavendish is a good guy

Cavendish is full of himself, calls himself handsome and the best, but he is really a kind and generous person. He helped Luffy and Law when they needed help the most.

He wasn’t only concerned about his safety, but decided to do his best to save people of Dressrosa and repay his debt to Usopp.

What if?

There is a story that Law’s devil fruit can give eternal life, but for the price of his own. That is what Doflamingo was aiming for.

Law and Luffy are in an alliance, and Law has a lot of respect towards Luffy. Could that mean that Law would give the chance to live forever, if something happens to Law?

The only thing he knows of

The only thing known to Doflamingo Donquixote is violence, treachery and murder. He killed his father, because he blamed him for losing fame and his mother.

He killed his brother, because he betrayed his ideals. He also tried to kill Law, after finding out that he holds the D in his name.

Zoro and Robin? Law and Robin?

Since Robin first joined the Srawhats, she was accepted by everyone, but not by Zoro. It took a lot of time and a lot of thing had happened but Zoro eventually accepted her too.

Many fans shipp them and believe that they will end up together. There are also some who believe that Law and Robin are similar and go together. On whose side are you?

Law didn’t know what he’s getting into

Regarding his rude gesture, Law has shown a derisive tendency to defiantly flip the finger to people he has the utmost contempt for and show them that he does not fear them, as he later repeated his gesture to Doflamingo when threatened him to perform the immortality surgery.

Knowing either way would mean death for him, as he would die performing the surgery or Doflamingo would attempt to kill him if he refused- though despite Doflamingo grievously injuring him for his defiance, Law pulled through.

Luffy doesn’t get it

Law does seem to have some doubts about Luffy’s reliability and carefree attitude. When Luffy sent Caesar flying, instead of capturing him, as he was supposed to, Law remarked that he knew he should not have formed an alliance with him and resorted to trying to capture Caesar himself. However, after Luffy put his faith in Usopp and Nami to incapacitate the deranged scientist, which they did, he expressed satisfaction that Luffy upheld his end of their agreement.

Later, he also objected to Luffy’s decision to throw a party instead of leaving Punk Hazard, as he believed they were still vulnerable; though he still reluctantly joins and has stew with Smoker. Though Law indicated that he wished to ‘use’ Luffy when forming the alliance, due to the Straw Hats’ great unpredictability and ambition, the Shichibukai instead feels like the one being used.

Law is shocked

While still a young boy attending a doctor’s academy in Flevance, Law was a very kind and devoted child, refusing to leave his family behind despite falsely promised evacuations at hand, and aspiring to become a great doctor like his father while happily going to festivals with his beloved family.

Upon the destruction of his homeland, the annihilation of his classmates and family, and diagnosed with no more than thirty-eight months to live, Law suffered a mental breakdown and, according to Doflamingo, came to be known for being very cruel and cunning, having wanted to join Doflamingo’s crew so he could destroy everything around him. Only after having been cured of his illness by Corazon did Law have a change of heart.

Did you see this?

On a hill in Carta lies Kyros’ house, where Kyros, the Straw Hats, Law, Kin’emon, Kanjuro, and Bellamy rest and recover from their injuries. Kyros explains why he lives here and offers the group anything they may need, and Kin’emon asks why Bellamy is with them, to which Law replies that Luffy knows him. Kyros, Usopp, and Law fall asleep from exhaustion, and the door of the house begins opening.

Zoro tenses up at the intrusion, but the person entering turns out to be Sabo, who throws Zoro a drink. Sabo approaches Luffy, and Robin goes to wake him up, but Sabo states that she does not need to do that. Franky asks if he is leaving soon, which Sabo affirms, revealing that CP-0 is heading for them. The Straw Hats prepare to leave soon as well, but wonder why Luffy never told them about having another brother. Sabo reveals that he was presumed deceased for a long time after getting into an accident.

The reason was food

Law first encountered Monkey D. Luffy in the Human Auctioning House where the latter gained his attention after striking down a Celestial Dragon in front of everyone. Law, like Kid, could only smile at Luffy’s defiance of the consequences. He seems to have some respect for Luffy, as shown after defeating the Marines outside the Human Auction House.

Also, he and his crew traveled to Marineford during the Battle of Marineford to assist with Luffy’s escape, and then later administered medical treatment to him. As he said, while Luffy would one day be his enemy, an enemy relationship is still a relationship and that it would be a “damn shame” for Luffy to die at Marineford.
